Swagelok Company to Stop Supply of Swagelok^® Products to Russia and Belarus

Solon, Ohio (May 20, 2022) — Effective July 31, 2022, Swagelok Company will stop supplying Swagelok^® products and services in the service areas of Russia and Belarus indefinitely. This decision builds upon an earlier suspension of all shipment of products, directly or indirectly into Russia, Belarus, and certain regions of Ukraine in early March.

Swagelok Company’s business model is to sell through a global network of independent, authorized sales and service centers. As a result, LLC Fluid Systems Technologies RUS (d/b/a Swagelok Russia), will no longer be an authorized Swagelok sales and service center and shall end all sales from stock to customers no later than that date.

Swagelok will not replace sales representation in the market, and the decision to cease the supply of all products and services in the market does not reflect upon the performance of Swagelok Russia.
